5.Rights of the person concerned
We also inform you that, with regard to the data themselves, you can exercise at any time the rights provided for in Chapter III of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to request to Data Controller access to your data, their correction or cancellation, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing; to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to object in full or in part to the use of data, as well as to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable law. Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority in case you consider that the treatment violates the aforementioned Regulation.
